Parking Permits
Any individual who parks a vehicle on the main campus of Colorado State University must display a valid permit on the vehicle or pay a meter.
All regular and special parking permits are issued by Parking Services upon verification of eligibility. Purchasing a parking permit does not
guarantee a parking space. Parking for permit holders is on a first come, first served basis. Possession of a permit allows parking on campus
in a designated area but does not guarantee that a space will be available.

Daily Permits

Monthly Permits
Monthly permits are available for $60.00 and 6 month permits for $280.00 at Parking Services (1508 Center Avenue, corner of Prospect Road and Center
Avenue in the Lake Street Parking Garage). Visitors are asked to complete a permit application listing the name and address of the owner/operator
of the vehicle and the license number of the vehicle on which the permit will be used. The visitor status is then verified and the permit is issued immediately.
A map of the campus and directions to
specific locations will also be provided upon request.
Lost or Stolen Permits
Lost or stolen permits must be
reported to Parking Services. A
replacement permit will be issued upon completion of a lost or stolen permit report and payment of associated fees, if applicable. Any vehicle found displaying
a permit which has been reported as lost or stolen will be issued a Misuse of Permit citation and will be booted immediately. Anyone in possession of a permit
reported as lost or stolen will lose their parking privileges for the remainder of the academic year. Criminal charges may also be filed.
Permit Returns and Refunds
All permits are considered property of Colorado State University Parking Services. Any staff member, faculty member, or student whose
association with CSU ends must return their parking permit to CSU Parking Services. A pro-rated refund will be issued upon the return of any
unexpired permit, with the exception of temporary permits and permits purchased via payroll deduction (due to state income tax regulations).
